Chelsea’s prodigy Callum Hudson-Odoi has emerged a transfer target for Bayern Munich ahead of the January transfer window which opens in a couple of days.
According to Daily Mail, the Bundesliga giants are ready to offer Chelsea a starting offer of £13 million in the impending transfer window.
Bayern’s arch rival, Borussia Dortmund have also been credited with an interest for the English youngster with some other Bundesliga sides also ready to rival the league giants’ bids.
Hudson-Odoi is highly rated at Chelsea, and viewed as one of the best talents to emerge from the club’s academy in recent years.
However, the winger has struggled to break into Chelsea’s first team under Maurizio Sarri’s watch with just five senior appearances – just one in the Premier League – credited to him this season.
While Hudson-Odoi feels highly cherished at the West London side – especially as he is a home-grown talent, the youngster remains keen on getting regular first-team football.
Chelsea are believed to most definitely insert a buy-back clause into any deal that would see Hudson-Odoi leave the club permanently.
