Super Eagles of Nigeria retain 44th place in the latest FIFA World ranking released on Thursday, November 29, on FIFA’s website.
The three-time African Champions remained unchanged in the world but dropped to 4th in the continent with 1427 points.
Notably, the Eagles played out a draw in both of their games in November. Thier 1-1 draw against South Africa in Johannesburg earned them a spot in the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations. They then played a goalless draw with Uganda in a friendly three days after.
Senegal (WR: 23rd) are now ranked number one in Africa as Tunisia (WR: 26th) drop to 2nd while Morocco occupy the 3rd position.
The next release of the ranking is scheduled for December 20.
