Super Eagles coach Gernot Rohr says his team will take the 2019 Africa Nations Cup Qualifiers double-header against Libya with the same approach they used in the clashes against African Champions Cameroon in September 2017.
The Eagles followed up a convincing 4-0 home win over the Indomitable Lions with a decent 1-1 draw in the reverse fixture three days later in the 2018 FIFA World Cup Qualifiers last year and Rohr believes his players can snatch results in that form against Libya in the impending double-header.
Meanwhile, the German coach says the games will physically demanding but his will will try their best to take advantage.
”We have to prepare for the two matches like we did against Cameroon last year,” Rohr said.
”Focus on Libya’s strong team who had a draw in South Africa and are the leader in our group.
”Two games in four days means to be very fit physically and technically.”
