The Super Eagles of Nigeria will take on the Lone Stars of Liberia in an international friendly at the Samuel Kanyon Doe Sports Complex in Monrovia on Tuesday.
A release on the Eagles official twitter handle affirmed that the 18-man squad of players in line to prosecute the friendly have reconvened in Lagos. The team will consequently depart for the Liberia capital on Tuesday morning ahead the clash.

18 players will make the trip.

The friendly, as touted, is to honour the new Liberia President and ex-international, George Opong Weah – as part of the strong bilateral relationship between both countries.
The match is scheduled to kick off by 7PM [Nigerian time], and barring a last-minute intervention, the game will not be aired on television.
