[VIDEO] Adegbenro scores on debut to put Rosenborg ahead Ajax in Europa League play-offs

Former Kwara United striker Samuel Adegbenro scored the match winner on his debut as Rosenborg shock Ajax in Amsterdam on Thursday night in their UEFA Europa League play-offs first leg.

Adegbenro, who only signed for the Norwegian side from Viking FK for €1.6 million, came off the bench in the 68th minute and netted in the 77th minute to send last season’s finalists to the brink of Europa League elimination.

The 21-year-old forward managed 17 goals in 75 appearances for Viking over the last three season, helping them promote to the top-flight in 2016.
