Galatasaray manager Fatih Terim has confirmed the club’s interests in signing Nigerian forward Henry Onyekuru on loan ahead of the 2018/19 season, expressing his delight at the transfer prospect.
The former Turkish international hopes the transfer is accomplished as he is pleased with the financial terms.
The 64-year-old Terim claims the club has been keeping close tabs on the Everton starlet since January 2018.
“We have been keeping tabs on Onyekuru since January.
“I hope our new transfer is a success.
“Everyone will see that the transfer makes financial sense when the details are revealed.”
Onyekuru suffered a knee injury in December 2017 while on loan at Anderlecht and was out for four months.
