Super Eagles midfielder Mikel Agu considers leaving FC Porto if not guaranteed regular playing time following his return to first team training ahead of the new season.
Agu, who was loaned to Turkish side Bursaspor last season, insists on being guaranteed regular playing time at the Portuguese club before deciding his future with them.
“For now he is currently training with the first team in Portugal. They currently want him to stay but he will sit down and ask for a guarantee on his future; otherwise, he will look for another club. But this time it will be a permanent transfer,” a source close to the midfielder disclosed to AOIFootball.
Agu attracted interests from various clubs during his stay at Bursaspor after been ranked top in number of completed passes, interceptions and tackles in the 2017/18 Turkish Super Lig season.
He bagged two goals and providing an assist in 23 games for the Green Crocodile.
