Ahead of Nigeria’s first 2018 FIFA World Cup game against Croatia, Leicester City forward Ahmed Musa says the team already knows how to approach the Blazers’ clash when they face off at the Kaliningard Stadium.
The 25-year-old claims that the knowledge he has about their key players should give Nigeria a win over the Zlatko Dalić-led side on June 16.
“To be honest, we already know how to play against Croatia, but of course I will not tell you,” Musa told Goal.
“The best Croatian player is Luka Modric, and I know Vedran Corluka from the Russian league, he is a very intelligent defender.
“I played and scored against Croatia once, in 2011 at U20 World Cup and we won 5-2.”
