Alexandre Lacazette and Sead Kolašinac then scored in the 45th and 54th minute respectively to increase their lead.
On 64 minutes, Super Eagles star Iwobi added some gloss to the scoreline as he found the top corner with a stunning strike to make it 4-0 for Arsenal.
Aubameyang bagged his brace with another intelligent strike in the 75th minute to complete the rout.
Iwobi has now scored three goals and provided seven assists in 37 appearances in all competitions for the North Londoners this season.
