Imo Anam opened scoring on 40 minutes before Uchendu Chinaza doubled their lead three minutes into the second half.
In the 71 minute, Chioma Wogu registered her name on the scoresheet to give the Falcons a 3-0 lead.
Ten minutes later, Woedikou Afi struck from the penalty spot to reduce the deficit for Togo and net a consolation goal for the West Africans.
Glory Ogbonna picked up the woman-of-the-match gong for the brilliant shift she made in the pulsating game.
The ten-time African champions will slug it out against rivals Ghana in the semi-final of the tourney on Thursday, February 22.
The victory keeps Nigeria’s perfect run at the tourney – three wins in three games.
