Ogbeche hits goal no. 10 in Willem II’s win

Nigerian forward Bartholomew Ogbeche continued his brilliant performance after a long injury lay off as he scored for Willem II in Wednesday’s Dutch Eredivisie League encounter.

Willem II trounced visiting VVV Venlo 3-0 to move up to 14th place on the Eredivisie log and the Nigerian was key to their progress.

The 33-year-old opened scoring for his side a minute before the break.

Ben Rienstra doubled the lead hosts lead in the 48th minute before Jordy Croux wrapped up the victory in the 53rd minute.

The Nigerian international has now scored 10 goal in 14 appearances for Willem II this term in all competitions.

They will face Heracles Almelo in their next league encounter on Saturday at the Polman Stadion.
