D’Tigers drop six places in world, retain top spot in Africa in latest FIBA ranking

D’Tigers remain top in Africa despite six places drop in November’s FIBA world ranking released on Tuesday on their official website.

The 2015 African champions  now occupy 32nd position in the World with 211.4 points but retain their place as the best in Africa.

Angola are still ranked number 2 in Africa with 202.6 points while Senegal are in third position with 178.2 points.

The current African champions, Tunisia are the 46th in the world and 4th in Africa.

The world top four remains unchanged with USA still the best team, followed by Spain, Serbia, France while Lituania are now ranked 5th after moving one place up.
