Former Enyimba defender Peter Suswam completes move to Plateau United

Former Flying Eagles defender, Peter Suswam has signed a two-year contract with reigning NPFL champions, Plateau United ahead of the Peace Boys maiden outing at the CAF Champions League next season.

Suswam became a free agent late last season following the mutual termination of his contract at Enyimba International .

The 26-year-old’s signing is the latest in the list of recruitments made by the reigning champions ahead next season title defence challenge.

Suswam was part of the Flying Eagles squad that reached quarterfinals at the 2011 FIFA U-20 World Cup in Colombia.

The right back has since featured for Wikki Tourists, Lobi Stars, Vitoria Setubal, Kukesi, Stal Rzeszow before moving to Enyimba early this year.

The SEC Abuja graduate has, so far, made two appearances for the senior national team.
